Deep Listening® Workshop (2025-)
In this four-session cycle workshop series, we will immerse ourselves in the practice of ‘Deep Listening’, developed by composer Pauline Oliveros, unfolding listening as a relational field between sound, body, and imagination.
Participants will gently explore the landscapes of sound and body through exercises such as meditative listening, somatic movement, text-score improvisation, and reflective journaling, allowing awareness and perception to quietly expand.
